Business Process Consultant (Lean)


 

Job Overview

In this Full-Time, Hybrid position you will lead the design and implementation of business-critical processes, systems and associated ways of working to enable more efficient internal operations

Reports to

Business Change Lead

What will you do?

  • Partner with Business Unit heads and subject matter experts to define complex, cross-functional processes by assessing the current state and designing and documenting optimal 'to-be' processes.
  • Develop a standard and consistent approach to business process design and measurement in terms of efficiency, effectiveness, and value to the business through reference to best practice approaches and aligned to the strategic vision set by the Business Change Lead and wider Change & Delivery Organization.
  • Supply Wargaming colleagues across the globe with tools and knowledge to drive continuous improvements on business processes and establish a change network of process champions through upskilling and influencing nominated colleagues without direct or indirect reporting lines.
  • Design and manage a prioritisation framework that decides which functions will receive direct process development support with input from Heads of Function and their Leadership teams to agree scope, effort contributions and the sign-off of delivery plans.
  • Identify ongoing opportunities to simplify, re-engineer and improve business processes.
  • Chair project-based governance sessions at senior leadership levels in support of key processes.
  • Lead process workshops with a diverse range of senior stakeholders under pressures of time and complexity.

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in any relevant subject
  • Lean Process improvement project experience
  • Dynamic and self motivated problem solving ability
  • Adept at influencing across various levels of the organization
  • need flexibility to travel for 1 week at a time, as projects require

  • Project management qualification
  • Enterprise resource planning integration experience
  • Corporate governance experience

The position is for Prague Office in Hybrid mode (2 days in office a week, the rest can be approved for home office after probation period)
